Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a hands-on associate to assist the Foreperson with daily production duties at our Ohio plant. You will operate heavy equipment, perform labor, and support plant operations at various sites.

Responsibilities include detecting hazards, maintaining equipment, welding when needed, and assisting with general labor. The role requires safety awareness, ability to follow directions, and willingness to travel and work nights or weekends as needed.
