Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a reliable team member to assist the Foreperson with daily production duties at various plant locations. You will operate heavy equipment, perform labor tasks, and support safety and maintenance activities to keep the plant running smoothly.

This position requires willingness to travel, work nights and weekends when necessary, and adherence to OSHA and MSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment and assist with plant operations.
• Identify safety hazards and address malfunctions.
• Perform general labor and assist foreperson and crew as needed.
• Weld and fabricate as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness around the plant and equipment.
