Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Erie, PA. You will engage customers, educate about hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and drive growth through community outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities include extensive outbound calling, securing hearing tests, and promoting additional products. Strong customer service and scheduling experience are essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
Experience with PC hardware and software.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Have a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center products and services.
Set the stage for full test and full boat purchase when interacting with Members.
Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
Promote and sell non hearing aid products when Members do not have hearing loss.
Learn and use the handheld screener as an intercepting tool to get qualified leads.
Assist with returning member calls and scheduling visits as needed.
Promote the HAC during Sam’s club events and related activities.
Will be based in HAC but spend 95% of time walking/working the club, intercepting, and setting tests.
