Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers by engaging customers, educating hearing health, scheduling tests, and driving growth through community outreach and customer relationships. The role is on-site at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Medford, NY, with emphasis on outbound calls and meeting daily testing goals.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong customer service or sales experience, and proficiency with scheduling tools and basic

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
Experience with PC hardware and software and general computer knowledge.
Excellent oral and written communication, organization, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Have a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center products and services.
Set the stage for full test and full purchase when interacting with Members.
Complete 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when Members lack hearing loss.
Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
Learn and use handheld screener as an intercepting tool for qualified leads.
Assist with calling past tested Members for scheduling returns or referrals.
Promote HAC during Sam's Club events and hearings events, and at external marketing events.
Based in HAC but spend 95% of time walking/working the club, intercepting, and setting tests.
