Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers in meeting goals and duties at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Denver, CO. The role focuses on engaging customers, educating about hearing wellness, and scheduling tests and visits.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, promoting products, and supporting growth through community outreach. On-site position based in the HAC with 95% field activity within the club.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front-line experience is essential.
• Sales or retail background helps in meeting targets.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, is required.
• Familiarity with basic PC hardware/software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and educate them about hearing wellness.
• Schedule appointments and support hearing health needs.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure daily hearing tests and promote non-hearing-aid products when appropriate.
• Support growth through community outreach and relationship building.
• Represent HAC at Sam's Club events and various marketing efforts.
