Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC, a Healthcare Fintech provider, is seeking a Hearing Ambassador for an on-site role at Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Muncy, PA. You will engage customers, educate about hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and support growth through community outreach and strong relationships with members.

Responsibilities include product knowledge, driving tests and purchases, making outbound calls, and promoting related products to enhance member health outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or call-center settings.
• Ability to make 30-50 outbound calls daily.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full purchases when engaging with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when Members have no hearing loss.
• Support growth through community outreach and customer relationships.
