Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support the licensed dispenser at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Allentown, PA. This on-site role focuses on engaging customers, scheduling tests, and driving growth through outbound calls and cross-selling.

You'll promote hearing health, learn the handheld screener, and spend most time in the club engaging Members and coordinating tests with the hearing care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail experience.
• Experience with scheduling and appointment setting.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Have knowledge of HAC products and services.
• Set stage for tests and purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily.
• Secure minimum of 4 hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when members do not have hearing loss.
• A 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales is expected.
• Learn and use handheld screener as lead intercept.
• Assist calling past Members for scheduling.
• Promote HAC at Sam's Club events.
• Based in HAC, spend 95% of time walking/working the club.
