Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support the licensed dispenser at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Hanover, PA. This on-site role focuses on engaging customers, educating them about hearing wellness, scheduling tests, and supporting growth through community outreach.

Responsibilities include handling 30–50 outbound calls daily, achieving test bookings, promoting related products, and using available scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software; general computer/Internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and educate individuals about hearing wellness.
• Schedule appointments and assist the licensed dispenser in meeting daily goals.
• Complete 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective/existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when appropriate and drive additional sales.
• Walk the Sam’s Club environment to identify opportunities and set tests.
