Job summary

NationsBenefits, a Healthcare Fintech provider, seeks a Hearing Ambassador for an On-Site role at Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Monroeville, PA. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and support growth through community outreach and customer relationships.

Requires a high school diploma and strong customer service, sales, or retail background. You will work with HAC products and services, promoting tests and related products to members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

Engage customers and educate them about hearing wellness.
Schedule appointments and support daily operations of the Hearing Aid Center.
Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
Help achieve sales goals, including non-hearing aid product opportunities.
Support growth through community outreach and relationship building.
Assist in coordinating tests and appointments for hearing tests.
