Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support the licensed dispenser at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Muncy, PA. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule tests, and help grow business through outreach and relationship building.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, helping members, and promoting products beyond hearing aids. A high school diploma and strong customer service/sales experience are required, with solid computer skills for scheduling.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with scheduling/appointment systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Have knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full purchase when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospects and customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Assist with events and in-store outreach to grow engagement.
