Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador for the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Dayton, OH. This on-site role focuses on engaging customers, assisting licensed dispensers, and scheduling hearing tests.

Responsibilities include outbound calling, promoting products, and helping grow non-hearing aid sales while maintaining excellent customer service and coordination with the hearing health team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
• Experience scheduling patient/customer appointments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services and can educate customers.
• Set up tests and assist customers toward full hearing aid purchases when appropriate.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospects or existing customers.
• Help secure daily tests and promote non-hearing aid products when relevant.
• Use handheld screener as a lead-intercept tool where state regulations allow.
• Support outreach at Sam’s Club events and in the center.
• Spend most time walking the club and scheduling tests.
