Job summary

NationsBenefits, a leading healthcare fintech provider, is seeking a Hearing Ambassador for on-site work at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on engaging customers, promoting hearing health, scheduling tests, and supporting growth through community outreach and relationships with members.

The position emphasizes outbound calling, product promotion, and collaboration with hearing aid specialists to drive test bookings and sales while delivering excellent member

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software, basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center (HAC) products and services.
• Set the stage for full test and full purchase when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when Members do not have hearing loss.
• Promote the HAC during Sam's club events and center events.
