Job summary

NationsBenefits in Maplewood, MO seeks a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers in achieving daily goals. You will engage customers, educate about hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and grow the center through community outreach.

This on-site role emphasizes proactive outreach, test scheduling, and product promotion, with a focus on delivering excellent member service at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail experience preferred.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and scheduling software beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full purchases with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective/existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use handheld screener as a lead-intercept tool.
• Assist in calling past tested Members for scheduling visits.
• Promote HAC at Sam’s Club events and other marketing events.
• Work mainly in-club settings, with 95% walking/interacting with Members.
