Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Springdale, OH. The role revolves around engaging members, scheduling hearing tests, and driving growth through outreach.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls, promoting products, and assisting with appointment scheduling while delivering excellent customer service in a on-site setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational, problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, and presentation skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Assist in scheduling tests and setting tests for hearing aid specialists.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Achieve a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Represent HAC at Sam’s Club events and community outreach.
