NationsBenefits is a fast-growing Healthcare Fintech provider delivering supplemental benefits and member engagement solutions. The Hearing Ambassador role supports licensed dispensers, helps customers, educates on hearing wellness, and schedules appointments at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Baton Rouge, LA.

The position emphasizes outbound calling, achieving test appointments, promoting non-hearing aid products, and leveraging a handheld screener to qualify leads.

Qualifications

• Requirements include strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Have knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full purchases when engaging Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Learn and use the handheld screener as a lead qualification tool.
• Assist in calling past tested Members for scheduling visits.
• Promote the HAC at Sam's Club events and other marketing events.
• Will be based in HAC but spend 95% of time walking the club, intercepting, and setting tests.
