Job summary

NationsBenefits is a Healthcare Fintech provider serving health plans with supplemental benefits and engagement solutions. The Hearing Ambassador role is on-site at Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Arvada, CO and focuses on assisting the licensed dispenser, engaging customers, educating on hearing wellness, and scheduling appointments.

Daily tasks include product knowledge, outbound calling, securing tests, promoting non-hearing aid items, and participating in community events to drive growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware/software and general computer knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set the stage for full tests and full purchases when interacting with members.
• Complete 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use the handheld screener as an intercepting tool to generate qualified leads.
• Assist in calling past tested members for scheduling return visits.
• Promote HAC at Sam’s Club events and related marketing events.
• Based in HAC but spend most time in the club, intercepting and setting tests.
