NationsBenefits is a fast-growing healthcare fintech provider delivering supplemental benefits and member engagement solutions. The Hearing Ambassador role supports licensed dispensers, engages members, educates on hearing wellness, schedules tests, and drives growth through outreach.

On-site at Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Montgomery, IL, the role emphasizes customer interaction, test scheduling, and upselling related products while building relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience working with PC hardware and software including general computer and Internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational, problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, and presentation skills.
• Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and purchases when interacting with Members.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure at least 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing care professionals.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when Members with whom they engage do not have hearing loss.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing-aid product sales.
• Learn and use the handheld screener as an intercepting tool to get qualified leads.
• Assist with calling past tested Members to schedule return visits.
• Promote HAC during Sam’s Club events and center events.
