Job summary

NationsBenefits is a fast-growing Healthcare Fintech provider offering supplemental benefits and member engagement solutions. The Hearing Ambassador role supports licensed dispensers by engaging customers, educating on hearing wellness, scheduling tests, and driving growth through community outreach.

The position is on-site at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Torrance, CA, with a focus on outbound calls, appointment setting, and promoting products to members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience is essential.
• Experience with PC hardware and software including general computer and Internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center (HAC) products and services.
• Set the stage for full test and potential purchase when engaging with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Walk the club area to intercept and set tests, spending 95% of time on the floor.
