NationsBenefits is a fast-growing healthcare fintech provider focused on supplemental benefits and member engagement. The Hearing Ambassador helps licensed dispensers meet goals by engaging customers, educating on hearing wellness, scheduling appointments, and growing the customer base through outreach.

Responsibilities include high-volume outbound calling, securing hearing tests daily, cross-selling non-hearing-aid products, and using screening tools to qualify leads while supporting in-club

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, sales or retail roles.
• Proficient communication, both oral and written.
• Experience with scheduling appointments.
• Computer skills including basic software usage.
• Ability to generate qualified leads and work with scheduling tools.

Mansioni

• Set the stage for tests and full hearing aid purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when Members do not have hearing loss.
• A 50% increase in non-hearing-aid product sales is expected.
• Learn and use the handheld screener as an intercepting tool to get qualified leads.
• Assist in calling past tested Members for follow-up visits or referrals.
• Promote HAC during events and at community outreach activities.
• Based in HAC but spend most time walking the club, intercepting, and setting tests.
