NationsBenefits is a Healthcare Fintech leader delivering supplemental benefits and member engagement solutions. The Hearing Ambassador role supports licensed dispensers, engages customers, educates on hearing wellness, schedules appointments, and drives growth through community outreach.

On-site at Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Palm Beach, FL, you’ll work with a team focused on high-quality member service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, sales or retail background.
• Experience with scheduling appointments and using basic computer systems.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
• Schedule tests and coordinate with hearing care professionals.
• Promote products and services to increase non-hearing-aid sales.
• Support community outreach and build customer relationships.
• Assist in driving growth at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center.
