Job summary

NationsBenefits is a healthcare fintech provider focused on hearing health solutions and member engagement. The Hearing Ambassador role supports licensed dispensers by engaging members, educating on hearing wellness, and scheduling tests in a dynamic club/center setting.

You will perform outbound calls, meet daily test targets, and promote related products while building relationships at HAC events and community outreach activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and scheduling software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed dispenser by engaging customers and scheduling tests.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily.
• Secure a minimum of 4 hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Spend 95% of time in clubs walking/intercepting and setting tests.
