Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers in meeting daily goals. You will engage customers, support hearing health needs, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and contribute to growth through community outreach.

The role requires outbound calls, coordination of hearing tests, and promotion of related products while spending the majority of time in club environments assisting with tests and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience required.
• Experience with PC hardware and software and general computer knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set the stage for full tests and full purchase when interacting with members.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when members do not have hearing loss.
• Aim for 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use handheld screener as an intercepting tool for qualified leads.
• Assist calling past tested members for appointments or referrals.
• Promote HAC at Sam’s Club events and center/community events.
• Based in HAC with 95% time walking/working at clubs and intercepting tests.
