The Hearing Ambassador assists and helps the licensed dispenser meet their goals and fulfill daily duties, engaging customers, supporting hearing health needs, educating individuals about hearing wellness, scheduling appointments, and growing through community outreach and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales or retail experience required.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing-aid products when appropriate.
• Use handheld screener to generate qualified leads.
• Assist with scheduling return visits and referrals.
• Represent HAC at events and clinics.
