Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers by engaging members, educating on hearing wellness, and growing the center’s customer base. The role emphasizes outbound calls, test scheduling, and cross-selling non-hearing aid products.

The position requires a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills. You will work primarily on-site within our club environments, driving member access to hearing health services and related products.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, sales or retail background.
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling or appointment systems preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and internet navigation.
• Ability to make outgoing calls and engage customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
• Secure multiple hearing tests or appointments daily for the hearing health team.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Assist with outreach at events and community activities.
• Spend most time on the club floor engaging members and scheduling tests.
