Job summary

NationsBenefits, a fast-growing Healthcare Fintech provider, is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers in our Hearing Aid Center. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and drive growth through community outreach.

Based in HAC, you will place 30–50 outbound calls daily, secure hearing tests, promote non hearing aid products, and help convert interactions into service wins at Sam’s Club events and other marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services.
• Set stage for full test and purchase with Members.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily.
• Secure 4+ hearing tests daily for staff.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when no hearing loss.
• Aim for 50% increase in non-hearing-aid product sales.
• Learn/use handheld screener for qualified leads.
• Call past tested Members for sales or referrals.
• Promote HAC at Sam's Club events and other marketing events.
• Based in HAC, spend 95% of time walking and setting tests.
