The Hearing Ambassador role supports licensed dispensers by engaging customers, educating on hearing wellness, scheduling tests, and driving growth at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Longmont, CO.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, product promotion, and collaboration with audiologists to meet daily testing and sales goals while ensuring quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and purchases when interacting with members.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to customers.
• Secure 4+ immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use the handheld screener as needed.
• Assist with calls to past tested members for follow-ups.
• Promote HAC at events and club activities.
• Based in HAC, spend ~95% time in the club environment.
