Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers in meeting goals and engaging customers. This on-site role at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Fort Worth requires outbound outreach, product knowledge, and excellent communication to drive tests and cross-sell when appropriate.

You will schedule appointments, promote hearing wellness, and contribute to community events while walking the club to reach Members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software and general computer knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience scheduling patient/customer appointments.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Learn and use basic screening tools as allowed by state regulations.
• Support events and outreach to promote the Hearing Aid Center.
