Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software and general computer/internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication; organizational and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of four immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use the handheld screener as needed to obtain qualified leads.
• Assist with calling past tested Members for scheduling return visits.
• Promote the HAC at Sam’s Club events and related outreach.
• Will be based in HAC but spend 95% of time walking/engaging in the club.
