Job summary

NationsBenefits in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers and meet daily goals. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and support growth through community outreach and relationship building.

You will have 30-50 outbound calls daily, aim for 4 immediate or scheduled hearing tests, and promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate. Expect hands-on activity at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center.

Qualifications

Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience required.
Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

Have a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center products and services.
Set the stage for full test and purchase when interacting with Members.
Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
Promote non-hearing aid products when members do not have hearing loss.
Learn and use the handheld screener as an intercepting tool where state regs allow.
Assist with calling past tested members to schedule return visits.
Promote the HAC at Sam's Club events and related activities.
Will be based in HAC but spend 95% of time walking the club and setting tests.
