NationsBenefits is recruiting for a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers in achieving daily goals. The role focuses on engaging customers, educating on hearing wellness, scheduling tests, and growing growth through community outreach and customer relationships.

The position is on-site at Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Douglasville, GA, and requires strong customer service, sales experience, and scheduling proficiency to meet daily targets and contribute to overall center success.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail experience.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and problem solving.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Have working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and potential purchases when interacting with members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled tests daily for the center staff.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use handheld screener as leads interception tool where allowed.
• Assist in calling past tested members for scheduling return visits.
• Promote the HAC at Sam’s Club events and related outreach events.
• Based in HAC but spend most time walking the club, intercepting and setting tests.
