Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, sales or retail with strong communication.
• Prior scheduling experience and ability to manage appointments.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and support hearing health needs.
• Schedule appointments and assist with daily duties in HAC.
• Promote products and drive test bookings at Sam's Club events.
• Interact with members to build relationships and grow center revenue.
• Walk the club to intercept and set up tests; support outreach events.
