Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a dedicated Hearing Ambassador for an on-site position at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Morrow, GA. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and drive growth through community outreach and relationship building.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, testing coordination, and promoting additional products while supporting the licensed dispenser to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software including general computer and Internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational, problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, and presentation skills.
• Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and purchases with Members.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure 4+ hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when suitable.
• Aim for 50% lift in non-hearing-aid sales.
• Use handheld screener as qualifying tool where allowed.
• Assist in scheduling return visits and referrals.
• Promote HAC at events.
• Primary activity is outreach within the club.
