Job summary

NationsBenefits is hiring a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers, engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, and schedule tests at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Alpharetta, GA.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, community outreach, and growing product sales while supporting the hearing health team. High school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and scheduling software is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for full test and potential purchase when engaging Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing‑aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing‑aid product sales.
• Learn and use the handheld screener to generate qualified leads.
• Assist with calling past tested Members for scheduling visits.
• Promote HAC at Sam’s Club events and center events.
• Spends 95% of time walking/working in the club and setting tests.
