Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support the licensed dispenser at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in McDonough, GA. You will engage customers, educate about hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and help grow the center’s business through outreach and relationship building.

On-site role requires strong customer service and sales skills, comfort with computers, and the ability to meet daily call and test scheduling targets while delivering excellent member experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience is needed.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Assist with outreach and community events to promote HAC.
