Job summary

NationsBenefits is hiring a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Edison, NJ. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and support growth through community outreach and relationship building.

The role focuses on on-site duties, outbound calls, and driving tests and product sales within the center and club events. Strong customer service and scheduling experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and general computer/Internet use.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Based in HAC and spend 95% of time walking the club, intercepting, and setting tests.
