Job summary

Nation sBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Secaucus, NJ. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and contribute to growth through community outreach.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, promoting products, and achieving daily testations. The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and accurate scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service or sales background.
• Experience with PC hardware/software and scheduling software.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services and communicate them clearly.
• Set up tests and facilitate full hearing test purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled tests daily for staff.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use handheld screener as an intercept tool for qualified leads.
• Assist with scheduling return visits and medical referrals as needed.
• Promote HAC during Sam’s Club events and center events.
