Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support the licensed dispenser and engage customers at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Medford, NY. The role focuses on hearing health education, scheduling tests, and driving growth through community outreach.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales experience, with excellent communication skills and proficiency with scheduling software. On-site work, with field outreach as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail background.
• Proficiency with PC hardware and software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and support hearing health needs.
• Educate individuals about hearing wellness and services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with hearing specialists.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospects or existing customers.
• Aim to secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products where appropriate.
