Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Verify insurance benefits and complete benefit checks.
• Assist with patient intake, payments, and clinic support.
• Maintain patient files and input information into the system.
• Support referrals and collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals.
