Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred
• Previous customer service experience required
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude
• Place outbound calls to schedule follow-up tests and evaluations
• Process insurance benefit checks and authorizations
• Assist with patient intake forms and file maintenance
• Handle payments and input data into the system
• Support clinic operations and inventory management
• Assist with community outreach events monthly
