Job summary

AudioNova, part of Sonova, in Mt. Prospect, IL, seeks a Hearing Care Coordinator to deliver an exceptional patient experience while helping grow the clinic's presence in the local community.

You will engage patients through outbound calls, schedule tests and consultations, verify insurance, process payments, and educate on products and services, collaborating with the Hearing Care Professional and partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in hearing healthcare a plus.
• Sales, customer service, business development, or community outreach experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming, professional patient experiences.
• Schedule and manage clinic appointments and daily schedule.
• Verify insurance benefits and authorizations.
• Educate patients on hearing care products and services.
• Develop relationships with patients and community partners to drive growth.
• Conduct outbound outreach to schedule tests and consultations.
• Support clinic growth through community events and referrals.
