AudioNova, part of Sonova, is hiring a Hearing Care Coordinator to work in our Texas clinic. You will support clinicians, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist patients with payments while delivering exceptional care.

The role includes interactions with patients, physicians, and staff in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong communication, customer service experience, and familiarity with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred
• Previous customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Verify insurance benefits and benefits details
• Assist with payments and intake forms
• Provide first-level support to patients and answer questions
• Process repairs under supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional
• Prepare deposits and submit daily reports
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Assist with community outreach events and logistics
