Job summary

Sonova, including AudioNova clinics, seeks a Hearing Care Coordinator to work closely with clinical staff and patients, scheduling appointments, verifying benefits, and assisting with insurance details in a patient-focused environment.

You will greet patients, manage intake forms, perform benefit checks, and support with payments and patient communications, ensuring excellent care and smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Place outbound calls to schedule follow-up tests and weekly evaluations for the clinic.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes.
• Complete benefit checks and insurance authorization for patients.
• Provide first level support to patients and assist with payments.
