Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule/confirm patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Verify insurance benefits and complete benefit checks.
• Collect intake forms and maintain patient files/notes.
• Process payments and assist patients at check-in/out.
• Support clinic staff and coordinate with Hearing Care Professionals.
• Manage inventory and stock as needed.
• Assist with event planning and logistics for community outreach.
