Job summary

AudioNova, part of Sonova, in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Hearing Care Coordinator to support patients and clinicians at our clinic. You will schedule appointments, verify benefits, and assist with patient intake while delivering compassionate, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule/Confirm patient appointments and follow-up tests.
• Verify insurance benefits and perform benefit checks.
• Provide first level support to patients and assist with payments.
• Maintain patient files and assist with clinic operations.
• Assist with event planning and logistics for community outreach.
