Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred
• Previous customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; associates preferred
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude
• Place outbound calls to current and former patients for scheduling follow-ups and weekly evaluations
• Verify insurance benefits and details
• Assist with scheduling, patient intake, and payments
• Process repairs under supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional
• Prepare reports and assist with clinic operations
