The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with day-time hours, no evenings or weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401K match and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule/confirm patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Verify insurance benefits and authorizations.
• Provide first level support to patients and assist with payments.
• Process repairs under supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional.
• Assist with inventory and office duties as needed.
