Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with hearing aids is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Place outbound calls for follow-up tests, consultations, and weekly evaluations.
• Collect intake forms and maintain patient files.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Complete benefit checks and insurance authorization.
• Provide first-level patient support, check-in/out, and process payments.
• Assist with repairs under supervision of a licensed professional.
• Prepare deposits and submit daily reports to finance.
• Maintain inventory and handle supply orders as needed.
• Assist with event planning and community outreach.
