Job summary

AudioNova, part of Sonova, is seeking a Hearing Care Coordinator to ensure patients receive quality care. You will work closely with clinical staff, schedule appointments, verify insurance details, and provide support to patients. The role requires strong communication skills and prior healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Place outbound calls to current and former patients.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide first level support to patients.
• Process repairs under supervision.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Assist with event planning for community outreach.
