Job summary

AudioNova, part of Sonova, in Dover/Portsmouth, NH, seeks a Hearing Care Coordinator to support clinicians, schedule appointments and verify patient benefits. You will assist with intake, payments, and general clinic operations, ensuring a positive patient experience.

We offer daytime hours, no nights or weekends, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401K with company match, and employee hearing aid benefits. High school diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Place outbound calls to current and former patients for scheduling follow-ups.
• Verify insurance benefits and details.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide first level support and process payments.
• Manage inventory and assist with community outreach events.
