Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in hearing healthcare, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience.
• Outbound calls to schedule tests, consultations, and appointments.
• Educate patients on hearing care products, services, and solutions.
• Develop relationships with patients to encourage retention and referrals.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage daily clinic schedule.
• Verify insurance benefits and process payments; assist with orders and pickups.
